Java is installed on system but will not run for other programs, error Java not installed
The solution:
When Java gets installed the variable "java" has to point to the exact location of the java.exe file
which is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_241\bin
Go to: Control Panel/System/Advanced/
In the environment variables section.
The install on the system is missing the "BIN" part.
